The Support at Home launch on the 1st November is rapidly approaching and the Nightingale team are working hard to finalise the software updates required to support you.
We have concluded our customer beta testing and have applied any bugs/learnings identified from this process.
Release 2 – Participant Statements, Contributions, Claims, Care Management rollover
The remaining Support at Home items required for 1st November readiness are now complete and ready, including the following:
Participant Statements – Development work for the participant statement is complete and passed testing. Nightingale is finalising regression testing prior to release and has applied any learnings from our customers beta testing.
Participant Contributions – Once services have been claimed and reconciled, an invoice will be able to be generated for participant contributions. These will be based on the contribution percentages entered when configuring the participant. Development work for this has been completed and passed testing. Nightingale is finalising regression testing prior to release and has applied any learnings from our customers beta testing.
Support at Home claims – Development work for this has been completed and passed testing. Nightingale is finalising regression testing prior to release and has applied any learnings from our customers beta testing.
We have developed a number of reports to support migration and delivery of Support at Home services.
We have developed new funding graphs for Support at Home, that show Spent, Rostered and Remaining budget for each of the Support at Home budgets a participant has allocated to them (Ongoing Services, Restorative Care, End of Life, Assistive Technology, Home Modifications). This will show the dollar figure for each of those budgets.
Our commitment Nightingale remains committed to partnering closely with our customers to ensure a smooth and well supported transition to Support at Home. We will continue to provide regular communication on our progress on the Aged Care Reforms. |
